Simply Put, Answered
Simply Put is for professionals who have something important to communicate, but need help making their message clearer, more compelling and more convincing.
I primarily work with professionals in Finance, Pharma and MedTech, where complex ideas technical expertise often need to be translated into a story that people can understand and act on. That said, the same principles apply well beyond these three industries, so if you're facing a similar challenge elsewhere, I'd still love to hear from you.
Who is Simply Put for?
What can you help me with?
I help you get clearer on both what you say and how you say it.
That can mean working through your core message, learning to structure your content into a compelling story, sharpening a presentation, or preparing for an important meeting, sales conversation or interview, so you can deliver it with real conviction.
The principle is simple: get the story right first, then build the delivery to match.
Is Simply Put presentation training?
Not in the traditional sense.
I don't start with presentation techniques and work backwards. I start with the message: what are you trying to say, who needs to hear it, and why should they care?
Once the story is right, I work with you on the delivery, presence, structure, language and voice, so the message actually lands.
Both.
For organisations and teams, I design tailored training around your specific communication challenges, audience and objectives.
For individuals, I offer 1:1 coaching for situations where the stakes are high and you want focused, practical support.
Do you work with individuals or organisations?
Can you help with sales communication?
Yes.
Sales conversations are ultimately about making value obvious, not just accurate. I help you structure the message, simplify complex information, and deliver it with the presence to persuade.
Yes.
Interviews are, at heart, about telling your story well: what you've done, why it matters, and why you're the right fit. I help you shape your experience into a narrative that's honest, memorable and doesn't sound rehearsed, drawing on my own experience as a hiring manager who's interviewed hundreds of candidates.
Can you help me prepare for a job interview?
Can you help me prepare for an important presentation?
Absolutely.
Whether it's a major client presentation, a leadership meeting, a conference or a pitch, I work on both the content and the delivery.
The aim isn't to sound like someone else. It's to make sure the message is right, and that you, or your team, can deliver it with genuine conviction.
Yes, and this is often where the work is most valuable.
Having held roles that required technical understanding across Finance, Pharma and MedTech myself, I know these industries from the inside, and what it takes to make it land with others. The challenge is rarely a lack of knowledge. It's deciding what the audience actually needs to know, what matters most, and how to make it understandable and memorable.
Do you work with technical or highly complex topics?
How long does a coaching or training programme take?
It depends on what you're working on, there's no fixed timeline.
1:1 coaching sessions run a minimum of 2 hours, enough time to work through your message and get real, practical feedback on delivery. Some people need just one session for a specific presentation or interview, others come back for a few as they build on what we've worked on.
Organisations and teams typically work with me over a multi-session programme, built around a specific objective, a launch, a leadership transition, an upcoming conference, rather than a fixed number of sessions decided in advance.
Get in touch and I'll give you a realistic estimate for your specific situation.
How does pricing and engagement work?
It depends on the format and scope, a single coaching session looks different from a multi-session programme for a team.
Get in touch with a bit of detail on what you're working on, and I'll come back with a tailored outline, including how the engagement would work.
Do you offer sessions online or in person?
Both. I work in person and online, across Switzerland.
When you get in touch and we can discuss the format that fits your situation best.
What languages do you work in?
English, French and German (and Swiss-German)
