This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact Simply Put. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Contact: when you use the contact form, email or phone, we process your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message, in order to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

- Website visits: when you visit the site, technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time of access are recorded automatically to run and secure the website and to produce anonymous visitor statistics.

- Clients: for coaching and training engagements, we process the contact and billing data needed to deliver and invoice our services.

3. Hosting and service providers

This website is hosted by Squarespace Inc. (USA) and its EU subsidiary, Squarespace Ireland Ltd. Squarespace processes website data on our behalf, including in the United States. The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and our business (e.g. hosting, email, accounting), or where required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).

7. Your rights
